Beyond the Shop: Customer Loyalty Program

Customer loyalty programs are a great way to make customers feel valued and to get them to become repeat customers too. Utilizing any kind of tool that rewards loyalty is always a great idea, whether is a punch card or whether it is a gift card good for a certain amount of time after the customer came in. If you are going to offer a customer loyalty program, make sure you do it consistently and the same with every customer.

Mr. Logue has an extensive business background and earned a degree in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Logue’s success and contribution to the pawn industry has gained him great respect and visibility which he will use to advance the success of other pawn shops.
