Although our Customer Care Agreement states that Data Age Technical Support will be closed on holidays, we have decided to operate on Thursday, November 24th to provide service to any of our customers that may be open on the holiday. Technical Support will be available with a reduced staff to allow our employees to celebrate the holiday with their families. Please keep in mind that our reduced staffing level may create a slightly longer wait time. Be assured that your call is important and will be answered as soon as possible. We will continue regular business hours on Friday, November 25th.
